POULSBO, WA — Kitsap’s entrepreneurial community is set to take charge at the first-ever Firebrand Unconference this November 13, 2024 at Vibe Coworks.
This dynamic event flips the script on traditional business gatherings, putting the participants in the driver’s seat, and creating an open platform for bold ideas, real solutions, and collaborative problem solving.
Unlike traditional conferences, the Firebrand Unconference is an intimate, invite-only experience designed for entrepreneurs, business owners, and innovators already shaping the region’s future to be able to freely express the realities of launching, running, and growing businesses in and beyond Kitsap.
In lieu of pre-prepared speeches and agendas intended to educate business owners, participants themselves will guide the conversation, discussing their most pressing challenges, and articulating their hopes for solutions that will ultimately help to form a playbook for strengthening business growth in our region.

While the Unconference is an intimate, invite-only forum, it will be followed by the Firebrand After Party, which is open to everyone in celebration of Global Entrepreneurship Week.
The After Party is a ticketed event that will take place from 3 – 5pm at a secret location in The Centennial in Poulsbo, offering everyone passionate about supporting business growth in Kitsap to mix, mingle and network with founders, investors, mentors, and business leaders in a relaxed, informal setting.
Tickets to the After Party include heavy appetizers, a complimentary drink, and the perfect environment to make connections that matter.
