Our largest and most geographically diverse cohort to date, the 2025 Micro Business Acclerator cohort included businesses ranging from coffee roasteries and bookkeeping, to wellness, early education, and small-scale manufacturing.

From craft wine and artisanal foods, to art, entertainment, creative industries, and early education, Cohort II graduates are building businesses that enrich our Kitsap community, spark creativity, and fuel the local economy.

The inaugural Matchstick Lab Micro Business Accelerator cohort included businesses ranging from smart electric vehicle charging, marine electrician services and back flow systems, to retail, art, food, and more.
